Nicholas brings over a decade of real estate experience to his role as Director & Licensee of Aspire Advocates, working previously as both a successful selling agent and a marketing and development manager.
His exceptional skills as a negotiator have led to his involvement in over $150 million in transactions within a single 12-month period, and his inclusion as a speaker for the prestigious Senior Executive MBA program at the Melbourne Business School.
Nicholas’s extensive networks and excellent relationships with selling agents across Melbourne, along with his systematic and intelligent approach to real estate make him a powerful advocate for prestige property buyers.
When not finalising a negotiation, you can find Nicholas spending time with his young family including daughter Alaska, son Emerson, wife Jayde and dog Remington – likely on the Victorian ski slopes or trying out the latest in technology.
Jayde’s real estate pedigree is exemplary: she accomplished an extremely successful 5 year career in real estate sales, where she was the highest performing agent in her suburb, and moved to become an account manager with a major online real estate directory.
As the wife of company director Nicholas Morrison, Jayde has been actively involved in all aspects of the creation and growth of Aspire Advocates.
Jayde uses her wealth of real estate experience and industry nous to assist the executive team and ensure the highest level of client satisfaction.
