Buyer Advocate – Full time position

Established 10 years ago, Aspire Advocates is a property advisory firm based in Armadale, Melbourne. We specialise in Buyer and Vendor Advocacy and Property Negotiation throughout Melbourne and the Mornington Peninsula. We provide access to off-market property, professional advice and negotiate superior property outcomes for our clients.

We have an opportunity for an experienced Buyer Advocate or Real Estate Professional to join our team.

 

Role Overview:

The role involves advocating for purchasers in all aspects of their property transactions. This includes; providing property research and advice, negotiating excellent outcomes and searching for properties matching a client’s brief. Fundamental to the position is the ability network both with agents and referral partners and build new business networks and attracting new clients.

 

Ideal candidate:

Our ideal candidate will enjoy finding intelligent solutions for clients, all while providing world-class customer service. You would have your real estate licence or be an agent’s representative and ideally 2+ years experience as a Buyers Advocate or 5+ years experience as a Real Estate Sales Agent. Naturally, you would have a genuine interest and passion of all aspects of property.

Responsibilities:

• Property searching to a client’s specific brief.
• Property negotiation, including bidding at auctions.
• Excellent client service and relationship management.
• Prospecting and networking to attract new clients.
• Networking and relationship building with real estate agents and referral partners.
• Selling of Aspire Advocates service and meeting achievable sales targets.
• Data entry and use of our customer relationship management system.
• Understanding and execution of legal documents.
• Property inspections across Melbourne including Saturdays.
• Property research and preparation of property reports.
